I stayed at the Edge for 4 nights during the Christmas period in a junior suite and twin room. The rooms are rather expensive, but that didn't stop some from slamming their doors. Overall, the hotel offers complete amenities such as an iron, comfortable bed, WiFi, minibar, and a nice bathroom.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms at a reasonable price, catering to various needs with a disappointing breakfast selection. The service is polite and goes the extra mile. Its fabulous location in Tromso provides easy access to key sites and an amazing harbor setting.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms lacked storage space for a week-long stay, but they did come with essential amenities like an iron, comfortable bed, WiFi, minibar, and a pleasant bathroom. The view of the harbor and mountains was impressive, yet the rooms felt a bit sparse with minimal furniture.
The hotel room I stayed in was very modern, of a good size, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a lovely view towards the waterfront where I could see the arctic cathedral. While some service aspects were helpful, there were challenges with certain requests. The location was great, close to all the important places and had complimentary teas and coffees all day. The dining experience was top-notch with a huge range of choice.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were well-appointed with a coffee machine, nice beds, and a rain shower, offering a beautiful harbor and mountain view. The central location in town was very convenient.

The service staff were young, vibrant, and very available for assistance, but not overly friendly. The location was great, right in the city center of Tromso and just across the street from the ferry terminal. The dining experience offered a wide variety of choices and catered to special dietary needs. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
